Status Saver is provided by Khushi Digital Solutions as a free mobile application. This Privacy Policy explains how information is accessed, used, processed, and shared when you use the app.
1. App Independence
Status Saver is an independent utility application. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected to any external messaging platform, social platform, company, product, brand, or device manufacturer. All names, logos, trademarks, and media shown by external services remain the property of their respective owners.
2. Information the App May Access or Process
The app is designed to work mostly on your device. Depending on the features you choose to use, the app may access or process the following information:
- Media files and folders: The app may access supported photos, videos, folders, or storage locations selected or allowed by you so that it can display, preview, save, share, repost, organize, or manage supported media files on your device.
- Phone number and optional message text: If you use the Direct Chat feature, you may enter a phone number, country code, and optional message text. This information is used only to open the requested chat action through an external app selected by you. It is processed ephemerally for that action and is not stored on our servers.
- Local app settings: The app may store basic settings locally on your device, such as theme preference, selected folders, favorites, collections, update prompts, and ad display settings.
- Advertising and device information: Advertising identifiers, device information, approximate network information, diagnostics, and ad interaction data may be processed by Google AdMob and related Google services for advertising, measurement, fraud prevention, security, and service improvement.
3. Current Android Permissions
The app uses only permissions required for its available features:
- Internet and network state: Used to load web-based features, check network availability, show advertisements, and support app-related online functions.
- Storage access on Android 9 and below: Read/write storage permissions are declared with Android's maxSdkVersion 28 limit. On newer Android versions, the app uses Android folder or media access flows instead of broad storage permission.
- Advertising ID: Used by Google advertising services for ad delivery, measurement, frequency control, fraud prevention, security, and related advertising functions.
The app does not request or use microphone, camera, precise location, contacts, call log, SMS, notification, foreground service, or audio recording permissions.
4. Information We Do Not Store on Our Servers
Khushi Digital Solutions does not operate a user account system for this app. We do not store your personal media files, saved files, phone numbers, contact list, direct message text, or gallery content on our own servers.
5. How Information Is Used
Information accessed or processed by the app is used for the following purposes:
- to display and preview supported media files available on your device;
- to save selected photos and videos to your device;
- to organize saved items, favorites, and collections locally on your device;
- to share or repost selected files only when you choose that action;
- to open a direct chat action when you enter a phone number/message and tap the related button;
- to show advertisements and support ad measurement, fraud prevention, and security;
- to improve app stability, performance, and user experience.
6. Sharing of Information
We do not sell your personal content. We do not upload your media files, saved files, phone numbers, or message text to our own servers. Information may be shared only in the following situations:
- When you choose to share, repost, save, or open content through another app or external service.
- When you use Android's share sheet or an external app, selected content is handled by the app or service you choose.
- Google AdMob and related Google services may process advertising identifiers, device information, diagnostics, ad interaction data, and similar information for advertising, analytics, fraud prevention, security, and compliance.
- If required by law, regulation, legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of users, the app, or the public.
7. Third-Party Services
The app may use third-party SDKs and services for advertising, ad measurement, fraud prevention, app updates, remote configuration, and app operation. These services may process information under their own privacy policies.
- Google AdMob and Google services: Google Privacy Policy, Google Advertising, and Google Partner Sites.
8. Data Retention and Deletion
Khushi Digital Solutions does not retain your personal media, chat input, phone number, or selected files on our own servers. Files saved through the app remain on your device until you delete them. You can remove locally stored app data by clearing the app's storage from Android settings, deleting saved files from your device, or revoking folder/media permissions from Android settings.
9. Data Security
The app uses Android's permission system and local device storage controls to help protect your information. Data transmitted by third-party services such as Google AdMob is handled according to their security and privacy practices. Because no method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure, absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
10. Children's Privacy
Status Saver is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the app, please contact us so we can review the concern.
11. Your Choices
- You can choose whether to grant or revoke media/folder access from Android settings.
- You can delete saved files directly from your device.
- You can clear the app's local data from Android settings.
- You can choose not to use optional features such as Direct Chat.
- You can reset or limit your advertising ID from your device settings where supported.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the app after an update means you accept the revised policy.
